Job purpose:
Join our Global Data Analytics team as a Data Analytics & AI Product Specialist and help shape innovative analytics and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable data products, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise across product management, data analytics, and modern data technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into data analytics and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and AI Specialists to deliver data-driven products.
- Analyze data and support the design of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
- Support data onboarding initiatives and validate business requirements against available data.
- Participate in solution design, testing, product rollout, and adoption activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics products, processes, and user experience.
Candidate's profile:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management, consulting, or a similar area.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data pipelines.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Must be comfortable speaking English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience within Financial Services or Insurance industry.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
